The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Semih, Hakan, Yigit, Azad, and Tolkun - their warmth and hospitality made our trip unforgettable. the beautiful hotel, conveniently located near shopping malls, offered a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The kids' club was a hit with our child; It provided a safe and entertaining space for them to enjoy, giving us some well-deserved relaxation time. the room service was prompt and efficient, making our stay even more convenient. the hotel's amenities, including the gym and spa, were top-notch, allowing us to unwind after a day of exploring Istanbul's historic sites. The spacious rooms with premium bedding and modern facilities ensured a restful night's sleep. the on-site restaurants served delicious cuisine, satisfying our cravings for American, Chinese, and Seafood dishes. the attention to detail, from the rainforest shower to the complimentary toiletries, showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.
