The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Semih, Hakan, Yigit, Azad, and Tolkun - their warmth and hospitality made our trip unforgettable. the beautiful hotel, conveniently located near shopping malls, offered a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The kids' club was a hit with our child; It provided a safe and entertaining space for them to enjoy, giving us some well-deserved relaxation time. the room service was prompt and efficient, making our stay even more convenient. the hotel's amenities, including the gym and spa, were top-notch, allowing us to unwind after a day of exploring Istanbul's historic sites.
